General Programming Notes
Over 1,100 people participated in the nearly 100 programs we offered over the last year. Programs vary from monthly lectures on conservation and other environmentally sound topics to active volunteer opportunities in bird monitoring, native gardening and workshops on bird photography, birding by ear and other nature based topics.

Bedford Audubon conducts conservation research critical to learning more about our birds and ecosystems. This data is shared and multiplied across networks to understand trends about bird populations, productivity, survivorship, and more. Conservation data informs policies to best protect birds, maintain and restore their habitat, and identify emerging environmental issues that can have negative consequences for humans too
