No physical office location. Sanctuary property at 52 Grange Hall Rd. Spur, Oneonta, NY is home to the Franklin Mountain Hawkwatch. Sanctuary is open every day from dawn to dusk with three trails and handicap accessible port-a-john on site.

Special Focus Programming Notes
DOAS has been involved with climate education and net-zero carbon initiatives as well as promoting habitat for birds through native plant initiatives.
DOAS is working towards programs in Let’s Go Birding Together, Senior and Slow Birding programs. We currently also offer a Bird-Friendly Coffee Program.
